February 2024

It feels like just yesterday that we were sending out our last newsletter as, breaking with January tradition, the month seems to have completely flown by.

We’ve been busy little bees over here, and as we send this out, Daniel’s pieces are hanging in Sydney at CDB Gallery for SELECTED, a printmaking and photography exhibition that was curated by the esteemed Australian artist Andrew Totman and is hanging throughout 1st February - 3rd March. We really are sad that we are unable to attend but we will be found in Italy this month at Arte Genova Fair from 16th - 18th February where Daniel is being exhibited at the Moho Gallery stand.

If, like us, you also are unable to attended the SELECTED exhibition in Sydney, Daniel has released the two photographs involved as part of The Moon Series (ongoing), available in three edition sizes. These are part of an ongoing collection of skyscapes that you can view here.

A mini-collection of Olivia’s collages will be hanging at three separate Canadian galleries between 14th February - 13th March in A Hot Minute, co-curated by Calgary artists Carl White and Karin McGinn who are seeking to portray and celebrate the expansive spectrum of love and lust through the eyes of their diverse roster of artists.

Again, we are terribly unhappy that we won’t be in Canada to personally experience these events that promise to deliver lashings of fun, but we literally haven’t found the time to be on 3 continents in one month.

In more exciting news, we have received three extra Mediterranean mixed media pieces from Olivia, that will very soon be available for purchase on the site.

If January and February are anything to go by, 2024 is going to be lit, so stay tuned.

Sophie

PS - don’t forget chandeleur (pancake day) tomorrow, as it would be woeful to miss such a good excuse to eat crêpes all day.
