About Jérémy Besset
Born in Cannes in 1984, Jérémy Besset developed a passion for drawing and painting from an early age. At 11, he started skateboarding and discovered graffiti, creating his first spray-paint artwork.
In 2001, he adopted the name Enur and joined several graffiti crews around Cannes. Over the following years, he participated in urban festivals and painted storefronts throughout the region.
In 2004, he transitioned successfully to canvas, selling all his works quickly. After a brief hiatus, he joined a decoration company in 2007, where he learned brush techniques and natural pigments. This experience led him to create his own business, L’Atelier de Jérémy, in 2011, blending his love for lettering with hand-painted signs and furniture.
In 2014, his workshop earned the “30 Wonders of Grasse” label, after which he shifted focus entirely to his artistic career under his real name, J. Besset. Now drawing on 20 years of experience, he works exclusively with brushes, favoring acrylics and natural pigments, reflecting his humanist and ecological values.
